Return & Refund Policy

At DIRRAN ORGANIC, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Our skincare and makeup products are crafted with premium, clean ingredients, and we stand behind their quality. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.


Return Window

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase from dirranorganic.com.
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery (preferably within 24 hours).


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or tampering are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items.
  • Partial returns of gift sets.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened (skincare, makeup, cosmetics).


How to Request a Return

    We’re sorry to hear your DIRRAN ORGANIC product wasn’t the perfect fit. To request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

    1. Contact Customer Service Email our team at contact@dirranorganic.com  with the following details:

      • Your full name

      • Order number

      • Product(s) you wish to return or exchange

      • Reason for return or exchange

    2. Receive Instructions Our team will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days with next steps.

    3. Prepare Your Return

      Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team, please follow these steps:

      • Pack your item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

      • Use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us once shipped.

    Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as DIRRAN ORGANIC Loyalty Reward Points (usable for future purchases).
    • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear once processed.


    Shipping Fees Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • DIRRAN ORGANIC covers shipping fees for damaged or wrongly delivered products.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 5 days of delivery.
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


    Order Cancellation Policy

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer service.
    • After dispatch, cancellations are not possible, but returns may be requested under the above conditions.
